JACQUES BARTOLI, Physician, based in Port Au Prince, artistic and philanthropic activities include the Haitian Resource Development Foundation (KRDF) and APAAC (Association Pour la Prevention des Adictions)

MARILYN HOULBERG, Professor of cultural anthropology at the Art Institute of Chicago. Marilyn has traveled to Haiti since the 1960s, has written extensively on the subject of Haitian art and has curated/co-curated shows such as “The Sacred Art of Haitian Voudou.”

VIKTOR EL-SAIEH, Artist and student at Florida International University, born in Haiti, grandson of Issa El-Saieh, (Gallery Issa), involved in environmental stewardship, and work with Haitian Diaspora youth via the Haitian Heritage Museum

Evans Jean ("Papush"), Special Director of Relief Efforts

Evans completed university studies in Jacmel and is trained in engineering. He is joining our team from Port Au Prince and knows our program, children and staff well.

Georges Metellus ("Doudou"), Director
Georges worked for 6 years as Coordinator at Aid to Artisans (ATA), a nonprofit organization that offers practical assistance to artisan groups worldwide, and has also worked with FOSAJE, another arts oriented organization.

Djamila Cothias ("Matou"), Director
Djamila was born and raised in Jacmel, and has studied education, literature and business management.  She is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Kreyol.  She works with the children in all capacities and contributes significantly to the strength of our organization as an entity.
